We may negotiate compensation packages and other aspects of engagement as required. External reference and background checks can be provided at additional cost. Each candidate that reaches out to a Marshall-Alan Associate, or is contacted by one of our consultants during a search, will meet in person or on Skype to discuss the next step in their career. Skills and experiences are assessed, and behavioral interviewing is conducted to define which companies and positions are best suited to the candidate’s requirements for their career advancement.

Candidates are presented to clients confidentially, and your Marshall-Alan consultant will coordinate and outline any additional requirements.
