Joan brings extensive experience to every search assignment. She joined Marshall-Alan Associates in 1984, shortly after its founding. Joan has conducted ongoing research in order to identify promising talent in the hospitality industry. She possesses wide-ranging experience in serving the needs of food service positions, as well, having placed many top and mid-level managers and chefs at many of the world’s finest restaurants and hotels. Joan maintains ongoing relationships with many internationally recognized culinary professionals and is able to draw on her understanding of this dynamic area in order to advise her clients. Prior to joining Marshall-Alan Associates, Joan conducted retained executive search for Retail Associates Executive Search Inc.
